Utilizing perma-culture principles and techniques. Integrating the raw nature of the land (lava, fern, ohia lehua) and native species with tropical abundance. Creating a sustainable agro-forestry system that will take advantage of environmental resources and encourage symbiosis. Fruit trees inter-cropped with hardwoods and other beneficial trees. Encouraging perennial ground covers and existing beneficial plants to control weeds, erosion, invite beneficial insects and encourage soil to heal.
